- As soon as the cylinder reaches the warehouse / premises from the Company, these cylinders are been attached with ABS UHF Gas Cylinder RFID Tag in batches.
- The RFID cylinders are scanned with the RFID handheld reader and taken in stock record
- To double check the stock, an RFID desktop reader is installed at the door of the warehouse. Whenever these RFID tagged cylinders enter the warehouse, these cylinders are scanned again by the RFID Desktop reader and are cross checked with the stock taken by the RFID Handheld reader.
- Any cylinder moving in or out from the warehouse is automatically detected/registered by the RFID Desktop reader at the door.
- During the time of delivery of the cylinder, when an cylinder is handed to the delivery boy, the ABS UHF rfid tags attached to the cylinder is removed by the delivery boy once the cylinder is delivered to the customer.
- Number of delivered cylinder is cross verified by the number of RFID tags with the delivery guy.
- These ABS UHF Gas Cylinder RFID Tags can be reused with the new cylinders.
